For our valued customers in the USA, we want to clarify the tracking process for your shipments. Upon shipping, you will receive a USPS tracking number. While this tracking number may suggest that the item originates in the USA, it's essential to understand that this is because the final leg of the journey is recorded within the USA, while the item is actually dispatched from our warehouse in China. In essence, although it may appear as if the item is originating in the USA, this is not the case.

Delays in shipping and arrival can be expected at times due to public holidays or busy seasons.
